Founders Christopher and Douglas Detour, and Gary Bruns, utilized their Midwestern know-how with good common sense to bring the need for performance to the consumer. Recognizing the propensity of today's fast-paced lifestyle, MCT saw an opportunity to make cold = performance, thereby benefiting both the buyer and MCT.
With the development of its two introductory base products, MCT - 5 and MCT - 40, 
MCT found its niche in the computer world. Effectively reducing the operating temperature of liquid cooled computers, both products have been examined and tested by numerous hardware reviewers with positive results. Gamers and computer enthusiasts have found it possible to overclock their units with positive results. MCT -5 and -40 were picked up by Danger Den and have been available through their web site for over 2 years.
Car enthusiasts themselves, Chris, Doug and Gary decided to explore an additional avenue where cold = performance: the automotive arena.
